HOPE Collaborative is a community collaborative that is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of families and youth in the vulnerable communities of East and West Oakland. Through policy and systems change, they strive to advance racial, economic, and health equity in Oakland. Their mission is to create a vibrant Oakland where historically marginalized communities have a say in shaping their neighborhoods' future. They work towards providing equitable access to healthy food, safe community spaces, and opportunities to build community wealth.

HOPE Collaborative focuses on various initiatives, including improving the built environment, transforming food systems, and engaging with the community and youth. They lead projects such as the Healthy Corner Store Project and the School Food program. Additionally, they advocate for positive policy changes and run campaigns to create lasting impact.
