Heartland Workforce Solutions is a nonprofit collective impact organization based in Omaha, NE. Our mission is to connect career seekers with employers in the Omaha area's Douglas, Washington, and Sarpy counties. As a non-profit organization, we gather skills and information from businesses, workforce partners, and educational institutions to expand employment opportunities for career seekers and employers in the region.

We prioritize the individual worker and the employer, striving to make the process of connecting employees and employers more efficient and accessible. Our American Job Center serves as a one-stop career hub, supporting, training, and educating career seekers for employment opportunities while helping businesses find qualified candidates. We offer a wide range of programs and services for diverse communities with varying ages, experiences, skill sets, abilities, and educational levels.
