Ideal Way is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to inspiring and motivating people with disabilities, as well as others, to reach their full potential. Our mission is to make everyone feel ideal by creating inclusive environments and opportunities for growth. Since its establishment in 2006, Ideal Way has achieved significant milestones, including the collection and donation of over $750,000 worth of merchandise and hot meals through Robert's Ideal Giveaway. Furthermore, co-founder Robert Pio Hajjar was honored with the Order of Ontario in 2016 for his contributions.

Our organization has also presented the I Can. You Can. program live to over 550,000 individuals across North America in 100 cities. Additionally, we have initiated the I Can, YOU Can Pilot Program in collaboration with Fanshawe College and developed the ALL Inclusive London project with 21 community partners.
