INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to investing in the youth of Lebanon. Their mission is to educate and prepare the youth to become successful employees and entrepreneurs in the regional and global economy. Through their volunteer-based model, they actively engage the business community to share their experiences and implement various educational programs.

These programs focus on Entrepreneurship, Work Readiness, and Financial Literacy. Since their establishment in 2001, over 100,500 youths from Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Bekaa, South, and North of Lebanon have benefited from their hands-on training programs. INJAZ Lebanon builds bridges between educational institutions and the business sector, equipping youth with the skills and mindsets required to become business leaders and entrepreneurs.

They are an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide® and a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a confederation of 14 Arab countries. Their strategy is to connect youth with corporate mentors and independent professionals who volunteer to provide engaging programs and relevant professional experience and advice. INJAZ Lebanon believes in the boundless potential of young people and the power of partnership and collaboration.
