Inneract Project is a 501c3 non-profit organization that has been empowering the next generation of Black, Latinx, and underrepresented designers of color for over 18+ years. Their vision is to create a global design education platform centered around digital content, online learning, in-person courses and events, and equity-minded partnerships. Inneract Project is dedicated to uplifting the voices of designers of color and introducing them to the various pathways of design.

They focus on historically marginalized communities of color, working with middle and high school students as well as college and early career individuals. Their programs cover a range of disciplines including graphic design (branding, etc. ) and product design (UX, UI, research).

Their programs model is based on skills, awareness, and mentoring, aiming to foster design awareness among their participants. The organization was founded by Maurice Woods, who has an extensive background in design and is currently a Principal designer at Microsoft. Inneract Project also has a dedicated team of professionals who work together to make their vision a reality.
