Inner County Outreach (ICO) is a renowned faith-based nonprofit brand that has been serving Aberdeen and Harford County since 1986. Founded by Pastor Nathaniel Johnson, ICO is one of the oldest grassroots nonprofits in Harford County. With a mission to address the pressing needs of the community, ICO provides assistance to individuals facing financial crises, broken relationships, and young people grappling with health, behavioral, spiritual, educational, and emotional challenges.

ICO offers a diverse range of programs and services tailored to meet these needs. Their programs include an after-school program, Project SEEK, a summer day camp called Trinise Jones Summer Day Camp, a youth residential group home, obesity prevention and intervention programs, Parenting Inside Out, ICO Path, ICO Re-Entry, and SOAR.
