Iris House is a brand that is dedicated to saving lives through providing comprehensive support, prevention, and education services for women, families, and underserved populations affected by HIV/AIDS and other health disparities. Led by Ingrid Floyd, the Executive Director, Iris House offers practical, family-centered services that address the day-to-day realities of living with HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Depression, and other health disparities. Their programs aim to promote independent functioning and improve the quality of life for clients and their families.

Additionally, they educate policy makers and health service providers about the issues affecting their clients. Iris House also advocates for changes in policy and programs to better meet the needs of women and their families. With a history dating back to 1992, Iris House was the nation's first HIV/AIDS agency to provide family-focused services to women of color.

Over the years, they have expanded their programs and have become a vocal advocate for funding services for HIV+ women of color. They currently have a dedicated staff of professionals, an operating budget of $6,500,000, and multiple locations in New York City and New Jersey. Iris House continues to respond to the ever-changing HIV/AIDS public health initiatives and the needs of the infected and affected population.
