Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage & Disability (ISDD) is a brand dedicated to promoting health equity for children living in disadvantage. Based in Metro Atlanta, ISDD focuses on empowering, educating, and equipping kinship caregivers of disadvantaged children. Through their programs, ISDD aims to reduce the impact of social and economic disadvantage on the health, growth, and development of children.

They provide support, education, and resources to caregivers, helping them understand the needs of their relative children and ensuring optimal health, development, and education. ISDD offers two core programs: Healthcare Without Walls and Project GRANDD. These programs enable children with disabilities in socially and economically disadvantaged circumstances to access the medical and support services they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

With a multipronged approach, ISDD intervenes strategically, improving access to services for children and families from low-income, underserved, and predominantly minority communities. ISDD has received recognition for their impactful work, including awards from United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Brookdale Foundation. With a dedicated staff and support from volunteers and donors, ISDD continues to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need
