Jack's of Fiji, established in 1969 as Jack's Handicrafts, started as a small store catering mainly to tourists. Over time, as the tourism market grew, the business expanded and auxiliary companies were formed to support their retail operations. Today, Jack's of Fiji offers a diverse range of products and services to meet the needs of both locals and visitors.

Originally specializing in authentic Fijian handicrafts and souvenirs, Jack's of Fiji now offers an extensive product line that includes fashion clothing and accessories, ethnic Indian clothing and accessories, bula wear, surf wear, resort wear, handicrafts, Fiji souvenirs, jewellery, cosmetics, giftware, footwear, FMCG products, and toys. They source their products from over 700 suppliers globally, including 140 well-known international and national brands. Additionally, they exclusively own and distribute 11 in-house brands, such as QAQA, SAC, Firstribe, Katchi Kids, and Jackie K.

With a total of 50 retail stores, including major downtown locations, resorts, and concept stores, Jack's of Fiji has a widespread presence across Fiji.
