Järva Arengu Partnerid | Roosna is a growing and developing organization established in 2006. As a Local Action Group (LAG), their main goal is to develop local life and implement the LEADER measure. What sets them apart is their role as a link between the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the project implementers in the local area.
