JCI (Junior Chamber International) is the global network for young entrepreneurial individuals who actively contribute to society. Our mission is to make a difference and strive for improvement. We inspire and support ourselves and those around us to bring out their best, while actively promoting positive change in the community where we live, work, and thrive.

As JCI Nederland, we are a network organization for driven individuals under the age of 40 who seek personal development. JCI is built on four pillars: Community, Training, Business, and International. Despite diverse motivations for joining, we all share a common positive energy.

Our members work on building a network, driving positive change, and see the time they invest in JCI as a reciprocal exchange for the energy they gain from active involvement. We embrace a learning by doing approach and regularly organize national and international training and events on various themes. As an active international association, we have over 170,000 members in more than 115 countries across the world, with 1,700 members and 85 associations in the Netherlands alone.
