Justice in Aging is a national non-profit legal advocacy organization dedicated to combating senior poverty through the power of law. We firmly believe that every individual, regardless of their financial circumstances, should have the opportunity to live with dignity, free from the burdens of inadequate healthcare, food insecurity, or homelessness. With over 45 years of experience, we have worked tirelessly to strengthen the social safety net and eliminate the obstacles faced by low-income seniors in accessing essential services.

Our mission is to secure affordable healthcare, economic security, and access to justice for older adults with limited resources. Through training and providing free resources to legal aid attorneys and advocates across the country, we strive to address the specific issues faced by older adults and advocate at the local, state, and federal levels to bring about systemic change.
