Welcome to Kanshoku Ramen, where we strive to create a memorable dining experience for our customers. Founded in 2014 by Melvin and Brendon, our brand name translates to to finish eating every last bit of your food in Japanese, reflecting our commitment to serving delectable ramen that can be enjoyed to the very last bite. We take immense pride in crafting our ramen bowls, which are made using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Our broth is meticulously boiled for over eight hours using filtered water, free from any added salt or preservatives. We select premium pork from Holland and marinate it tenderly for four hours. In-house, we produce fresh Hakata-style ramen daily, taking an additional two hours.
To complete the dish, we marinate select premium eggs from Japan for an hour. At Kanshoku Ramen, we believe that our food is not just a meal, but a celebration of life, love, and a passion for good food.
