The Educator Academy offers a comprehensive teacher preparation program, known as the Residency, which provides rigorous training and support for aspiring teachers.

The program includes a one-year Residency in a school site, individualized coaching, and professional development for the first three years as a teacher of record. By prioritizing the quality of teachers, they believe they can create an educational environment where all students succeed.
