Keystone Substance Abuse Services has been offering hope and affordable professional care to individuals facing difficult times due to health problems from Substance Use Disorders for nearly 50 years. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families impacted by substance use through education, treatment, and support. Our continuum of care includes a range of outpatient services, from comprehensive screening and assessments to intensive group therapy programs four days a week.

Our dedicated team of professionals provides high-quality medical care, individual counseling, and family counseling. After completion of our intensive therapy programs, patients receive ongoing Recovery Management to gradually adjust and learn proper self-care. As the top community resource for substance use struggles, Keystone aims to generate evidence-based economic development and enhance the quality of life for the community we serve.

We achieve this by expanding our range of health services, supporting evidence-based prevention and treatment practices, reducing healthcare and criminal justice costs, and promoting educational and vocational success. With three campuses in Rock Hill, South Carolina, including a Prevention Center and a newly opened Youth Center, we offer warm and supportive environments for patients to receive care free from judgment and distraction. Keystone Substance Abuse Services is York County's largest provider of treatment and prevention services.

We are internationally accredited, adhering to the highest standards of care and service placement. As a not-for-profit organization, we raise funds primarily through grant-writing, charity events, and individual donations to ensure low-cost holistic care for those struggling with substance use disorders.
