Our mission is to improve the lives of those diagnosed with kidney disease by providing help and information. As an independent kidney foundation, we are dedicated to staying local, ensuring that all funds raised are used within the greater Chattanooga area.

We offer a range of programs and services to support families and patients coping with kidney disease. These include financial assistance, patient assistance, education, awareness, and prevention initiatives. Our goal is to be the leading resource for kidney-related support in the area, enhancing the community's quality of life.

Founded by Dr. Jackson and Milli Yium, who have extensive experience in nephrology, dialysis, and transplant, our foundation has grown with the help of dedicated volunteers and generous donors. All contributions are tax deductible, and 100% of the proceeds stay local.
