A. In 2021, CANAL+ Polska finalized the acquisition of an additional 16% stake in Kino Świat, increasing its majority ownership to 86%. The remaining minority stake is held by the previous owners, Tomasz Karczewski and Marcin Piasecki.

The current management board of Kino Świat consists of Urszula Piasecka as the President of the Company, Marta Pałucka as the Vice President, and Tomasz Karczewski and Marcin Piasecki as Board Members.
