The Klingman Foundation is a non-profit charity foundation that aims to support families affected by cancer. It started in 1997 as a fund-raiser to cover medical expenses for acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) treatment and has since evolved into a foundation with a mission to help cancer patients and their families. Over the years, the foundation has raised nearly $450,000 for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center's Family Assistance Fund, which offers financial assistance for housing, groceries, transportation, and more to patients and families in need.

As a stem-cell transplant patient at the Hutch, the founder of the Klingman Foundation received help from the fund and now makes it their personal mission to support it annually.
