La Alianza Hispana is a community-based organization that offers culturally and linguistically appropriate health and education programs to the Latino Community of Greater Boston. With a mission to provide comprehensive support, they have a range of programs to address different needs. Their Mothers and Children in Process program, known as Madres y Niños en Proceso (MYNP), is a comprehensive maternal/child home-visiting program that aims to assist high-risk Latina immigrant pregnant/parenting mothers and families with children aged from birth to five years.

The program addresses basic needs, provides parenting education, promotes school readiness, teaches nutrition and physical activity, and helps low-income parents work towards financial stability. The Senior Programs at La Alianza Hispana include the Aliancianos Senior Center, offering a safe and culturally competent space for anyone over 60 years old. The program focuses on improving the physical and emotional health of participants and also includes services to develop work skills.

The Adult Day Health Care program provides health care services to low-income Latino immigrant elders and adults with disabilities, ensuring they receive care, support, activities, socialization, and resources to optimize independence, health, access to services, and the ability to age in place. Additionally, La Alianza Hispana offers spaces for rent in its South Boston location, providing an opportunity for individuals or organizations to utilize their facilities. They strive to create a unique and culturally competent environment that caters to the needs of the community.
