Founded by Lionel Vatinet and his wife Missy in 1999, La Farm Bakery brings a touch of France to Cary, North Carolina. Inspired by Vatinet's training in France's prestigious artisans' guild, Les Compagnons du Devoir, La Farm Bakery aims to preserve traditional baking techniques.

Their breads, made with unbleached, unbromated flours, undergo a meticulous 3-day process to develop exceptional flavor and texture. Offering 15 different styles of breads year-round, and an additional 20 seasonal breads, La Farm Bakery ensures there is something to satisfy every taste.
