Description

LARC, the Lee Association for Remarkable Citizens, has been serving people with developmental disabilities since 1954. With a rich history and a dedicated Board of Directors, LARC offers a diverse range of programs and services to support individuals and their families. Their programs include Adult Day Training, where individuals can learn, achieve, and become more independent.

Community Support Services and Residential Group Homes provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals to thrive. LARC also offers Youth Programs to assist young people in their development. In addition, LARC provides valuable services to the community.

Their Custom Wood Products division offers high-volume custom wood products, including survey grade stakes, pallets, and more. Through their Sub-Contract Program, individuals gain vocational training while assisting local businesses with packaging and assembly needs. LARC's Supported Employment Mobile Work Crew offers janitorial services within the Bonita Springs community.

You can support LARC's mission by making a donation or becoming a volunteer. They also offer a Vehicle Donation Program and the Lori Carroll-Collins Scholarship Fund. Attend their various events, including clay shooting tournaments and wine dinners featuring Mauritson Wines, to have a great time while supporting their cause.
