Launch Leadership is a brand based in Lincoln, NE that has been serving students since 1961. Our main goal is to positively impact communities, homes, schools, and businesses across the country by empowering young leaders. We offer a range of time-tested and transformational leadership development programs, including our signature program, the Summer Leadership Workshop.

This workshop has expanded over the years to include three different experiences: JAM, SLW, and ALW. Additionally, we provide services such as Leadership Retreats and Ready for Launch, each with its own experiential curriculum. Our dedicated and passionate volunteer staff are the backbone of our organization, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
