The Los Angeles County Federation of Labor (LA Fed) is a dynamic brand and a federation of more than 300 affiliated union and labor organizations, representing over 800,000 members. Organizing is led by our Director of Outreach and Engagement, along with a team of professionals dedicated to empowering workers and fostering civic engagement. Politics is handled by our Political Director, Deputy Political Director, and their support team, who work to advance progressive agendas and protect our rights.
