Our focus is on providing fitness instruction specifically tailored for women, particularly African American women in the Charlotte, NC area. We have noticed that African American women tend to prioritize their health and wellness less than others, and we believe we can make a significant impact by providing the right tools and techniques to create low-stress environments, increase physical activity, lose weight, and improve heart health.

Led by CEO Zhivi Williams, a certified yoga instructor and fitness coach, LBX Fitness offers a unique virtual platform for fitness instruction. We also have plans to open a physical location in Charlotte, catering specifically to women of color. Our classes are designed to help students achieve their goals, relieve daily stress and pressure, strengthen their bodies, improve overall health, and foster connections with others in the class.
