Leading From Within is a Santa Barbara-based brand that is dedicated to equipping community changemakers with the skills and support they need to lead, collaborate, and find creative solutions to the complex challenges of our time. With a vision of a thriving web of diverse leaders working together, Leading From Within offers a range of programs aimed at developing and empowering leaders in the social sector. These programs include the Courage to Lead retreat series, the Emerging Leaders Program, the Katherine Harvey Fellows program, and the Leading for Community Impact program.

Through these programs, leaders gain increased confidence, skills, and support, and are able to engage across the boundaries of nonprofit organizations, government, and business. Leading From Within believes in the power of supportive peer networks and prioritizes equity and inclusion in all aspects of their work. With over 550 active participants in their alumni networks, Leading From Within is committed to cultivating stronger, more diverse leaders who can make lasting positive change in our communities
