LESS UK is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company that was established in 2007 with the aim of promoting sustainable living in Lancashire. They provide practical support to residents, helping them live more sustainably and within their fair share of the planet's resources. The organization focuses on enabling communities to meet their needs for a healthy home, food, and environment.

One of the current projects they are involved in is Closing Loops, a collaborative initiative that aims to stimulate sustainable living practices. They also organize the Northern Real Farming Conference (NRFC), which offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in sustainable farming. Additionally, LESS runs FoodFutures, an award-winning sustainable food network in North Lancashire.

To further support sustainable farming, LESS operates the Plot, an organic farm that produces local produce. They also have a dedicated fundraising scheme called FoodFriends. As a registered Community Interest Company in the Lancaster District, LESS coordinates various initiatives and networks to promote sustainable living and a healthier future for the community
