Join the Library Speakers Consortium, a partnership of over 200 library systems, and bring bestselling author talks to communities of all sizes. Currently, only larger and well-funded library systems can afford the speaking fees of top authors. Our vision is to change this dynamic by pooling the resources of hundreds of library systems, giving all patrons access to these programs.

With over 250 member library systems ranging from under 100 to over 2 million patrons, our consortium offers 2-3 online bestselling-author events each month. These live events include interactive Q&A sessions where participants can directly engage with the author. We prioritize diversity and ensure that half or more of our speakers are women and/or people of color.

Our programs cover a wide range of fiction and non-fiction genres, including historical fiction, romance, poetry, business, personal growth, social justice, and more. As a member library, you can customize the programs with your logo and colors. You also have the option to share as many or as few of the programs with your community as you prefer.

The programs are archived and accessible on-demand at patrons' convenience, and detailed analytics are provided. As a bonus, you can also screen the events in-person for patrons without reliable internet access.
