The LIFE at LEMIT Alumni Association is a prestigious organization comprised of successful graduates from the Leadership Inventory for Female Executives (LIFE) course at the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT), based at Sam Houston State University. Our esteemed members are accomplished women in various levels of law enforcement and criminal justice, hailing from Texas and Arizona. The LIFE course at LEMIT is a transformational experience that empowers and inspires women through a week of immersive leadership training.

Many of our graduates have achieved extraordinary personal and professional goals after completing the program, including promotions, retirements, career changes, and life-changing transformations. In 2014, the alumni of the LIFE course established the Alumni Association to maintain the invaluable connections made during the course and to foster further networking, support, and training opportunities among our members. As a young association with a growing membership, we rely on the support of sponsors and donors to deliver exceptional Training Conferences for our members and graduates.
