Limitless Vistas Inc (LVI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young adults by providing them with opportunities to learn and acquire job skills tailored to the environmental and conservation sectors. Founded in 2006 by Patrick Barnes, President of BFA Environmental Consultants, LVI's mission is rooted in the belief that The greatest opportunity coincides with the greatest need. This organization offers free workforce development and job training in environmental conservation, having successfully trained over 600 individuals with an impressive 75% job placement rate.

LVI has secured grants from reputable institutions such as the EPA, AmeriCorps, The Corps Network, and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. Through STEM-focused programs led by local scientists and professionals, LVI instills valuable knowledge, certifications, and skills in their graduates, preparing them for successful careers as well-rounded environmental and conservation field technicians.
