LINKS Mat-Su Parent Resource Center is a well-established non-profit agency that has been serving the Mat-Su Borough in Alaska for nearly 30 years. With a mission to improve lives, LINKS provides valuable resources, advocacy, and connections to the community. They are widely recognized as the go-to resource in the area, driven by a dedicated and knowledgeable workforce, a powerful board, and high-quality individualized services.

There are four main programs offered by LINKS. The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) promotes health, well-being, and safety for individuals with disabilities, seniors, and vulnerable adults, as well as their caregivers. The Community Parent Resource Center focuses on advocating for and training parents and caregivers with children who have disabilities, providing one-on-one meetings and group training sessions.

The Veteran Directed Care Program, known as the Servant2Served (S2S) Program, offers increased flexibility for veterans to receive home and community-based services instead of going to a nursing facility. Lastly, the High Utilizer Mat-Su (HUMS) program assists adults aged 18 and older who have multiple emergency department visits, helping them access healthcare and other necessary services. LINKS Mat-Su Parent Resource Center is fueled by diverse funding streams and strong community partnerships.
