During gameplay, Event Cards introduce events from Pride and Prejudice that influence the game's progression. Character Cards provide various ways to manipulate gameplay, whether it's earning points, influencing other players, or concealing cards to improve your chances of finding a good husband. Once all Event Cards have been played, the Proposal Stage begins, where players roll a dice to see which Suitor proposes to them.
