MBRC Inc, also known as Missouri Bootheel Regional Consortium, is a not-for-profit (501c3) community-based organization located in the southeastern corner of Missouri, known as the Bootheel. They serve the underserved counties of Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, and Scott. With a mission to strengthen, promote, and empower families and communities, MBRC offers a range of quality programs that prioritize results.
