MiddleTown Property Group, based in Muncie, IN, is a real estate brand founded by twin brothers, Dane and Derek Wilson. Starting with their own property, which they rented while attending Ball State University, they have rapidly expanded their portfolio to include dozens of houses, eight apartment complexes, and over 200 units. In 2016, they established MiddleTown Property Group as their own management company, with Matt Abner as President and CEO.

Committed to improving their hometown, Dane and Derek envision Muncie's housing quality to rival that of West Lafayette and Bloomington. They have already begun the revival and aim to provide excellent housing options to residents. MiddleTown operates two residential brands: MiddleTown Student Living, catering to Ball State students, and MiddleTown Living, offering conventional housing in Muncie, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and surrounding communities.

The name MiddleTown pays homage to Muncie's history as the focus of the Middletown Studies, which explored the city as an example of social trends in America.
