Mill River Park Collaborative is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is committed to creating and maintaining a world-class park in Downtown Stamford. With the support of private donors, members, and the City of Stamford, the Collaborative is dedicated to guiding the long-term development of Mill River Park as a vibrant and ever-evolving greenspace that brings the community together. Located at 1010 Washington Blvd, on the first floor, the park offers a variety of programs and events to enjoy.

From seasonal programs like fall activities and youth programs to hosting your own special event at the Pavilion or Whittingham Center, there is something for everyone. Mill River Park also features attractions such as the Whittingham Discovery Center, a carousel, a skating center, a display fountain, a dog park, and a playground.
