MBC Pilates teaches Neuro based Pilates. The mission is to focus on the brain and body connection to create effective brain based movement strategies that build strength and flexibility - neurologically strong muscles. All are welcome including anyone with a Neurological Disorder - MS, Parkinsons, Stroke, Balance issues and more.
