For specialty care that we cannot provide, we collaborate with our community partners through Project Access or Catholic Charities. In addition to our medical services, we work closely with social service agencies to connect our patients to non-medical resources that can support their overall well-being. Patient education is also a key focus at Mobile Medical Care, as we strive to empower individuals with self-reliance through preventative screening, physical evaluation, education, and case management.
