It all began in Forest Lake, Minnesota, in 2008, when a group of moms gathering in a local park for exercise felt the need for a new post-baby fitness challenge: a 5K race! Since then, Moms on the Run has grown into a structured and coached fitness program that caters to women of all ages, not just moms, who want to get in shape and have a great time doing it. Not only does Moms on the Run help you reach your fitness goals, but we also believe in giving back. We donate a minimum of 10% of our profits to charity, and we offer scholarships for runners as well as support and partnership to local races.
