This partnership led to the development of the Mountainside Practice Management System, which revolutionized the way medical appointments were scheduled. Continuing to listen to customer needs, Mountainside Software worked closely with an Allergist customer in 1992 and developed the foundations of their innovative Allergy Lab System.

In 1993, they introduced the original version of their Electronic Medical Records application. Throughout their history, Mountainside Software has prioritized customer satisfaction.
