MyClayOven is a brand that brings the flavors of classic Indian cuisine to the eastside of Woodinville. The name is inspired by the traditional Clay Oven, or Tandoor, which originated during the Mogul Empire in India. These ovens were made of clay-earth and used a charcoal or wood fire to generate heat, reaching temperatures of up to 900°F.

This unique cooking method imparts a distinctive flavor to meats, fish, and bread. At MyClayOven, we honor the tradition of this classic Indian cooking while adding our own touch of careful preparation and presentation.
