ElderSource is a trusted Aging & Disability Resource Center in Northeast Florida, dedicated to providing valuable resources and support to seniors and their caregivers. Our mission is to enhance the health, independence, and aging-in-place for seniors and family caregivers. We offer a range of programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Our Elder Helpline provides personalized advice and guidance to seniors and caregivers, helping them navigate Medicare, long-term care, and other resources. We also offer support groups and workshops to prevent caregiver burnout and provide powerful tools for caregivers. At ElderSource, we understand the importance of caregiver and senior resources, which is why we provide a comprehensive database and coalition resources to address their unique needs.

Additionally, our Telephone Reassurance Program offers regular check-ins for seniors who may feel isolated. With our commitment to LGBTQ inclusivity and partnerships with community organizations, ElderSource is dedicated to serving seniors with dignity and respect.
