MYLead is a brand dedicated to developing young leaders who are the future of Michigan. Our mission is to positively transform the lives of Michigan youth by motivating and enabling them to make a lasting impact on their communities through leadership and service. We achieve this through unique, three-day, high-energy conferences held each spring, where participants learn enhanced self-confidence, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a desire to serve others.

At MYLead, we provide specific strategies and tools to understand different leadership styles, goal setting, public speaking, and ways to motivate others, among others. Our commitment extends beyond the conferences, as we offer ongoing programs to MYLead alumni through the MYLead Community Board, ensuring their continuous growth as young leaders. Operated entirely by volunteers, MYLead is funded by generous donations from community groups, businesses, and individuals, making it accessible to all high schools across the state.
