NASTAD

NASTAD is a leading non-profit association dedicated to advancing the health and dignity of individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and intersecting epidemics. Their mission is to strengthen governmental public health and leverage community partnerships. NASTAD works tirelessly to advocate for and improve the health outcomes of those living with HIV and hepatitis by providing capacity building, advocacy mobilization, and technical assistance.

With seven programmatic teams including Health Care Access, Health Systems Integration, Policy & Legislative Affairs, Hepatitis, Prevention, Health Equity, and Drug User Health, NASTAD effectively interprets policies, conducts trainings, and offers technical assistance. They collaborate closely with US health departments to enhance health outcomes. NASTAD represents public health officials across all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and various local and Pacific Island jurisdictions.
