National PAL, also known as the National Association of Police Athletic/Activities Leagues, Inc., is an organization dedicated to preventing juvenile crime and building trust between young people and law enforcement. With approximately 200 chapters nationwide, National PAL offers a range of services and programs aimed at creating better pathways to success for children. Recently, they announced the appointment of Julie Redcay as their Chief Executive Officer.

With her experience as a leading nonprofit compliance leader and children's advocate, Ms. Redcay brings a unique strategic vision to the organization. National PAL provides youth mentorship through service leadership opportunities, educational programs, athletics, recreational enrichment, diversion and anti-recidivism programs, and resources to prevent juvenile crime and community violence.

As a membership-based organization, National PAL supports its chapters with resources and opportunities for organizational growth and aims to enhance the quality of youth engagement experiences. With a visionary Board of Directors and dedicated NPAL Champions, chapter leaders, and law enforcement trailblazers, National PAL is making a significant impact in communities across the country
