NCCJ St. Louis, also known as the National Conference for Community and Justice of Metropolitan St. Louis, has been a leader in promoting understanding and respect among all races, religions, and cultures for over 85 years.


As a local, independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, NCCJ St. Louis offers a range of advocacy and educational programs that embrace diversity, self-awareness, and community-wide change. Their mission is to promote inclusion for all people, and their vision is to create a better community for everyone, not just a select few.


NCCJ St. Louis works with individuals, organizations, networks, and corporations to foster inclusive and representative communities through leadership and education. They empower leaders for diversity and inclusion, equity and justice, aiming to ensure that all individuals have access to opportunities and are included in the promise of our nation.
