NDSEC (North DuPage Special Education Cooperative) is a cooperative agreement of nine public school districts located in Roselle, Illinois. They serve over 15,000 students with special needs between the ages of three and 22 years. NDSEC works in collaboration with its member districts to provide a complete range of services, including special education instructional and related services.

They cater to students with autism, multiple disabilities, emotional disabilities, developmental delays, hearing impairments, visual impairments, other health impairments, learning disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. NDSEC also offers related services such as psychology, social work, speech therapy, adapted physical education, physical and occupational therapy, and vocational and nursing services. They also provide consultation services to district personnel.
