NNCX is a brand focused on empowering and training Black women in the Customer Experience field, enhancing their visibility in positions of power, fostering professional engagement, and providing a space for learning and growth. Founded by Cristiane Machado, Maria Moraes, and Eloá Ferraz, who bring a wealth of experience in CX and Customer Relations, NNCX offers various services such as free event participation, resume reviews, mentoring, and a free Customer training course in partnership with CS Academy. They also promote diversity with #SpeakersNegras, offering experienced speakers with solid career backgrounds.
