NEPA Alliance, founded in 1964, is a regional community and economic development agency dedicated to serving the seven counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania. These counties include Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, and Wayne. NEPA Alliance offers a wide range of services to support businesses and communities in the region.

Their services include grant assistance at both Federal and State levels, business financing options, government contracting assistance, international trade assistance, non-profit support, and transportation planning and research.
