Neue Southern PDX is a brand that offers locally sourced, globally influenced Southern food. Co-owned and operated by chefs Lauren Zanardelli and Graham Foster, this brand brings an authentic Neue-style Southern dining experience to Portland, Oregon. Both Lauren, a Pittsburgh native, and Graham, a South Carolina native, received their culinary education at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC.

After working in Michelin star rated kitchens in New York City, they decided to open the Neue Southern food truck in Greenville, SC, becoming pioneers in the mobile food business. Committed to using the highest-quality, natural, and organic ingredients, Lauren and Graham create a menu that constantly evolves. They believe in sourcing locally and creating everything from scratch.

Now based in Portland, they were drawn to the city's progressive food scene and cooperative community spirit. While they miss their Southern roots, they are excited to share their love for Southern and global flavors with the Portland community.
