Partnering with WoodGreen Community Services, they are creating new affordable housing for seniors in Toronto. They are also working with St. Hilda’s Community of Care on a major retrofit project to improve the resident experience for over 300 seniors.

In partnership with Kingston Co-operative Homes, Compass Ontario, and the City of Kingston, a 38-unit apartment building for seniors is being developed. Additionally, New Commons Development is collaborating with Options Community Services to bring 100 new homes to the community in Surrey, BC. New Commons Development is supported by philanthropic investments and works towards building stronger and more sustainable communities.
