Night Department is a dynamic and forward-thinking Artist Management Company based in London. With a deep-rooted passion for music, we are dedicated to providing exceptional management services to our incredible roster of artists. Moreover, we take pride in representing and managing the recording and publishing rights of numerous talented individuals.

At Night Department, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusivity. That's why we are committed to diversifying our roster and team by 2024. Our goals include increasing the representation of individuals from Asian, Black, Mixed, and Non-White backgrounds to 35% (currently at 25%) and ensuring that 50% of our roster identifies as female or non-binary (currently at 16%).

We also strive to have 30% of our roster from LGBTQ groups (currently at 16%) and 50% from lower socioeconomic backgrounds (currently at 50%). In addition to our roster, we aim to build a diverse team, with 40% coming from Asian, Black, Mixed, and Non-White backgrounds (currently at 0%). We are also dedicated to having 50% of our team identify as female or non-binary (currently at 40%), 20% from LGBTQ groups (currently at 0%), 30% from lower socioeconomic backgrounds (currently at 20%), and 20% from D/deaf and disabled groups (currently at 0%).
